Terms of Delivery and Product Returns

 

1. Delivery Terms and Procedures

1.1. All items ordered from the elsauna.lt online store are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days following the receipt of payment and final confirmation of order specifications (e.g., color, size, or other options), unless a different production timeframe is specified for a particular item.

1.2. The Buyer will be notified of the shipment via email, including a tracking number (if available).

1.3. Stated delivery times are estimates. In the event of high order volumes, production or material supply delays, technical issues, or other disruptions beyond the Seller’s reasonable control, elsauna.lt reserves the right to extend the dispatch period by up to an additional 5 business days, notifying the Buyer via email or telephone.

1.4. elsauna.lt is not liable for breaches of delivery deadlines caused by the actions of couriers, parcel locker services, or other delivery providers, nor for delays resulting from incorrect data provided by the Buyer or other circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

 

2. Custom Orders and Product Characteristics

2.1. Product returns at the elsauna.lt store are carried out in accordance with these rules.

2.2. Given that all elsauna.lt products are manufactured only upon receiving an individual customer order and based on their selected parameters (specific color, size, or other specifications), they are considered goods made to the consumer's special instructions. Therefore, the consumer's right to withdraw from a distance selling contract does not apply to such goods.

2.3. 3. Return Conditions

3.1. Each return request is reviewed on an individual basis. If, in exceptional cases, the Seller agrees to accept a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The returned item is in its original, orderly packaging;
• The item is unused and undamaged;
• The item maintains its original commercial appearance;
• Proof of purchase (invoice) is provided.

4. Refunds and Buyer Responsibility

4.1. Refunds for returned items are issued only after the return is approved and the item is received. Funds will be transferred to the Buyer’s bank account within 14 calendar days. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer. Original shipping fees (delivery to the Buyer) are non-refundable.

4.2. The returned item must be complete. The Buyer is responsible for the full assembly/completion of the item and secure packaging. If the item is incomplete or improperly packaged, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the return.

4.3. Goods are returned at the Buyer’s expense to the address provided by the Seller.
